How Advance Machine easy to operate

The Advance detection machine uses high-speed digital imaging to capture real-time images of cables and wires during the production process. If surface defects are detected, an alarm signal can be sent. The process is simple, just use one button. At the same time, this surface defect data is stored and automatically calculated by the machine, ensuring safe inspection in the factory. With a large database of surface defects, the inspection accuracy of the machine reaches nearly 100%, which can save labor costs and improve production quality.

Testing Process

It can detect surface defect types such as cracks, protruding particles, scratches, bumps, coke materials, etc., even defect marks as small as 0.01mm can be easily detected and read by Advance Machine.

The diameter of large diameter high voltage cable to be tested is 50-150mm.

The fastest available inspection speed of Advance Machine is 400 meters/min.

Power supply is 220v or 115 VAC 50/60Hz, depending on selection.

Testing results

As you can see in figure above, 360 degree detection of large diameter cable is in motion. One more dimensional Z-axis depth information is added to better inspect the surface defects of cables, including the shield surfaces caused by dirt and water stains. Characteristic dimension includes 0.3mm, 1mm, 5mm and 0.012 inch, 0.040 inch, 0.200 inch, which depends on linear velocity and diameter of products.
