It can detect surface defect types such as cracks, protruding particles, scratches, bumps, coke materials, etc., even defect marks as small as 0.01mm can be easily detected and read by Advance Machine.

The diameter of large diameter high voltage cable to be tested is 50-150mm.

The fastest available inspection speed of Advance Machine is 400 meters/min.

Characteristic dimension includes 0.3mm, 1mm, 5mm and 0.012 inch, 0.040 inch, 0.200 inch, which depends on linear velocity and diameter of products.
