The Advance Inspection Machine has the capability to identify various defects like convex, bump, deformation, holes, bubbles, cracks, bulging, scratching, expansion, irregularities, stains, scratches, coke, peeling, foreign matter, folds in the sheath, sags, and overlapping. These defects are primarily caused by factors such as incorrect temperature, impurities in the raw material, and incomplete cleaning of product molds during high-speed extrusion production lines.
